Becky Osborne has more than 25 years of experience in human resources working with small growing entrepreneurial businesses. Most recently, she was a VP, Talent Acquisition/Senior HR Manager for Bellwether Enterprise, a commercial real estate mortgage banker with 33 offices throughout the US, which grew from 200 to 400 people during her tenure. Formerly, she was the Director of HR for SS&G, a regional accounting firm, which grew from 110 employees in three offices to 600 employees in nine offices before they were sold to BDO in 2015. She helped both organizations find, integrate, develop, and grow talent while building a great place to work and keeping turnover low. She has also been involved in onboarding and integrating numerous mergers and acquisitions. One of her greatest achievements was helping SS&G win the Best Employer in Ohio award for nine years.
Becky enjoys getting to know people, building relationships, and sharing connections. She’s inclusive and looks to broaden perspectives by helping others see different points of view.
Becky is a Registered Career Coach (RCC) and has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR and SHRM-CP). In addition, Becky is a CPA and started her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. She has a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Akron, with course work in human resources and organizational behavior completed on a graduate level. She’s a member of the HR Leadership Group and SHRM.
In her free time, Becky can be found rowing on the Cuyahoga River. She also enjoys boating, traveling and trying new restaurants.
