After a successful career in corporate human resource management and outplacement, Regina Olbinsky followed the advice she had given hundreds of clients by pursuing her own dream … starting The Career Group, LLC in late 2003.

Today, that company is now Pivot Growth Partners and provides Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Training, Talent Consulting, and Career Coaching to senior leaders and organizations of various sizes and industries.

Regina also has a unique focus on small and solo law firms as a Practice Advisor to the firm’s owners or managing partners. She brings a unique passion to each of her clients, using a strategic, business-focused, and goal-oriented approach.

Regina holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a B.S. with Honors in Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Russian from The Ohio State University. In 2015, Regina graduated from the prestigious and intensive Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. Regina has continued her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development by receiving a certification in Emotional Intelligence (EI)  Executive Coaching, as well as certifications as a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), Professional in Human Resources (PHR and SHRM-CP), and Law Firm Practice Advisor. She is accredited in, and frequently uses several key assessment instruments, that include the Boyatizis/Goleman/Hay 360, DiSC, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team (Lencioni), RecruitSelect, and LPI to better assist clients in self-discovery and change.

She has been actively involved with numerous community and professional organizations, most extensively and notably as past President of the Cleveland Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, where she received the Outstanding Member of the Year in 2003 for her many contributions to the Chapter and the human resource profession, including founding the innovative, cross-company mentoring program, which was recognized with a National Pinnacle Award in 2005. Regina was named to the prestigious list of 20 Leaders on the Rise by the Cleveland Jewish News.

Additionally, Regina is a member of the ASTD, International Coach Federation (ICF and Cleveland), HR Leadership Group, and John Carroll University’s Entrepreneur Association. She is a frequent contributor and source to The Plain Dealer, Crain’s Cleveland Business, Cleveland SHRM’s HR Cleveland magazine and the Cleveland Jewish News.
