Terry Bovinet works with Pivot Growth Partners and their clients focusing on primarily on the DiSC assessment. He has worked with behavioral assessments for more than 20 years. While experienced with instruments such as the MBTI, the Birkman, Predictive Index, and others, he has focused on the DiSC® profile for implementation with individuals and teams.
Terry works with the variety of DiSC® assessments that offer an understanding of the behaviors and styles people bring to their relationships, habits, and work environments. Whether as an individual or part of a team, clients will learn their uniqueness so they can utilize their styles more effectively and appreciate the differences in others that leads to collaboration. Terry has worked with businesses and non-profits to enhance the soft-skills necessary to increase awareness of self and others with meaningful results. A gifted facilitator, Terry contributes added value to interpreting the results of DiSC® products and has delivered keynote addresses, facilitated workshops, and consulted in one-on-one and small group settings. He teaches as an adjunct faculty for several universities in the area of the humanities. His classes on subjects such as written communication, presentation skills, and group dynamics complement his business training and development endeavors. Terry holds graduate degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Master of Divinity) and United Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry).
